Once again it's just a low res photo taken by my iPhone and it's not doing even 2% justice to this legendary dish. Ok at one look it's pretty blah blah... Like a alternative to mui fan.. No exciting ingredients spotted.. No surprise other than some innocent looking prawns, sotongs and veg that painted a pretty serenading picture. Yes it's this very serenading presentation that sets the tone for what that is entering your mouth.
The noodles are very well flavored by the gravy without losing it's bite
